Conference

Every even year (ie: 2022, 2024, 2026, etc.), NARACES holds a regional conference. Below is information on our upcoming conference.

Theme: Building Bridges with a Purpose: From the Classroom to the Field. From Awareness to Action.
Accepted Proposals / Registration: Please be mindful that all accepted presenters will expected to register for the conference when registration opens in July 2022.

Dates: The conference dates are November 8-13, 2022.

Location: Wyndham Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA.  (Hotel rates for conference are discounted to $149/night if reserved before 9/29)

10am – 10:50am – What doctoral student educators need to know about the impact of COVID-19 on post-secondary learners. An education session presented by Amanda Cole

2:15pm – 4:15pm – Crisis ahead: Building bridges between crisis counseling training and practice. An education session presented by Dr. Jessica Tinstman Jones, Dr. Amanda DiLorenzo-Garcia, and Dr. Amber Haley.

This is a base fee. Additions, such as the Awards Luncheon and Pre-Conference Activities, will add to this cost.
